Asked if he believed he would be freed, Tate replied: “There is not much justice in Romania.”

On his way out of the Bucharest Court of Appeal, he redoubled his innocence.

“Ask them for proof and they won’t give you any because it doesn’t exist. You will soon learn the truth of this matter, he screamed.

Grayling The New York Post, the judge has not yet decided on Wednesday’s appeal, which will take another 30 days against the decision.

Tate released his first fan newsletter from behind bars in January.

According to YouTuber Fesify, the former Freeman issued a newsletter to all his subscribers from the email address “[email protected].”

He wrote the subject: “My first email from prison.”

In the email, Andrew described his current living conditions, which paint a very ugly picture.

“I am sending you my daily lessons from unjust imprisonment. They want to break it. He was thrown into a cell without light,” he wrote. “Cockroaches, lice and bed bugs are my only friends at night. When the guards bring me to and from the courtroom, I remain completely respectful. They are trying to pour hatred into my heart. But please and thank you, stay with me always.”

Thank God he somehow remembered his manners.

It’s a far cry from his apologetic, misogynistic online persona.

“My prison guards are just doing their jobs, they have families to feed. Don’t forget your manners in times of trouble. They are trying to break my iron mind with unjust imprisonment,” he continued. “My absolute respect for those around me is my absolute rebellion. They can’t break. My guards know I’m innocent. They know it’s unfair. They see that I never break, and they respect my resolve. Please and thank you for always being with me. This is the way of Wudan.”

Sunday, January 22n.dhe also warned fans that they could start sending him “prison mail”.

Following their first official 30-day extension, Tate reacted angrily to the news through his lawyers, saying he was being “arrested for a crime of opinion”.

Defense lawyer Constantin Ioan Gliga told the Romanian news agency Gandul“We continue to maintain that, in effect, the Tate brothers are currently being arrested for the crime of free speech for what they once said online and not for what they did in their private lives.”

He added that the judge’s decision to extend the Tate brother’s time behind bars by 30 days was “unwarranted and completely excessive”.
