Sandoval and Leviss addressed the situation with separate statements after the fun was made public.

Leviss admitted in a statement that she struggles with codependency and needs “emotional reinforcement through intimate relationships that are not healthy.” He took responsibility for his actions and revealed that he had decided to seek help at a “mental health facility.”
