The dispute came to light when Leviss took to Instagram to share a reel of herself celebrating her birthday at Flower Farm, prompting Sandoval to leave her a public comment on her post.

“Happy Birthday, Rachel, I really hope ur finding peace and happiness. Miss u friend,” he wrote. Immediately, Leviss blocked him and shared a screenshot with her fans on Instagram as proof, captioning it, “OK bye!”

The Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras frontman has now shared his frustrations with Leviss’ actions, branding her as “immature.”

“I think it’s a little thirsty and immature personally, but she is who she is,” he told Extra TV during Tuesday’s premiere of “Special Forces: The Toughest Test.”

He added, “I still wish the best for her. I hope she’s doing good, and I hope she finds her happiness.”

The pair were involved in a scandal earlier in March after Sandoval’s longtime partner and Leviss’ former friend, Ariana Madix, found out that they’d been having an affair behind her back. Madix was taken aback when she discovered a sexually explicit video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone, leading to the highly publicized scandal dubbed “Scandoval.”

The fallout between them took an unexpected turn, as Leviss resorted to checking into a mental health treatment program in Arizona due to the emotional toll of the backlash she faced.

According to TMZ, Leviss’ two-month stay in the facility culminated in a staggering $200,000 bill after she completed the program for “mental health and trauma therapy” in July. A source told the news outlet at the time that she had become “a totally different person.”

Subsequently, she quit the famed Bravo show’s eleventh season, deciding not to film with her fellow castmates, including Sandoval.

Meanwhile, Sandoval recently announced that he will be casting his vote for his former partner, Ariana Madix, as she competes on the popular dance competition show, “Dancing with the Stars” (DWTS), per Extra TV.

Ahead of the premiere of the new season of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test,” Sandoval confirmed to the news outlet that he’ll be looking out for her and would vote for her.

“I will. And I will be voting for her,” Sandoval shared. “I think she’s going to do really well. She’s got a lot of actual ability when it comes to dancing. She’s been wanting to be on the show for a long time. I’m super stoked for her.”

He also weighed in on the state of his affairs amid the “controversy and chaos” surrounding his relationship with Leviss and Madix, noting that he’s doing “a lot better” and that he has “gotten through the worst.”

“I definitely went through some very, very dark times,” Sandoval said at the time.

In his interview with Extra TV, the 41-year-old star also shared candid insights about the challenges he faced during the last season of “Vanderpump Rules.” Sandoval, who is no stranger to the ups and downs of reality television, revealed that he felt “isolated” and turned to filming “Special Forces: The Toughest Test” as a means of distraction from the chaos and controversies that surrounded him.

The tenth season of “Vanderpump Rules” was marked by tensions, conflicts, and emotional rollercoasters, and Sandoval found himself at the center of several controversies because of his affair with Leviss.

“I’m definitely not used to being so much on the outskirts, and it was tough. It was tough at times. It was also really tough for fellow castmates. They’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. If they like me and say hi to me, they get lit up on social media,” he recounted, adding that he used his new project as a distraction because “leaving the country sounded so appealing.”
