After the allegations made headlines, Allen denied the actress’ claims. He now shared that ABC and Disney showrunners were “disappointed” in Anderson’s memory, suggesting they were unhappy with his claims.

Briefly talking to him Daily MailAllen lashed out at Anderson days after she addressed an allegation in her memoir that the comedian flashed his penis at her while filming the 1990s TV show Home Improvement.

The Hollywood veteran, who was in a Starbucks store when he spoke, revealed that Anderson’s claims did not sit well with showrunners at ABC and Disney, though he praised his team spirit.

“He was a great colleague, I’ll tell you that. She’s a fun girl,” Allen told the publication about her former colleague, who only played two seasons in the series.

He added: “Everyone loved him, but everyone at the ABC is a bit disappointed in his memory, so to speak. All of us at Disney/ABC, actually. Good girl.”

The comedian refused to disclose the circumstances of his statement and chose to remain vague about the situation. Disney/ABC has yet to comment on Anderson’s claims about Allen.

Allen’s statement comes days after Anderson explained why his former colleague bragged about his member on set.

“Tim is a comedian, it’s his job to cross the line. I’m sure he had no bad intentions,” said the actress Species.

“However, times have changed,” he added. “I doubt anyone would try this #MeToo post. It’s a new world.”

The said incident reportedly happened on Anderson’s first day on the set of “Home Improvement.” In her book, the former Playboy model claimed she came out of her dressing room and saw Allen flashing his penis at her.

She also revealed that he was quick to make excuses for her behavior, saying it was “only fair” considering he had already seen her naked, possibly referring to her Playboy covers.

After Anderson’s claim made headlines, Allen issued a statement denying any wrongdoing. Species. “No, it never happened. I would never do that,” he told the publication.

Anderson elaborated on his claims in an interview Vanity Fairstating that although the encounter was “uncomfortable”, he managed to move on.

He then insisted that the incident happened, contrary to Allen’s denials.

Anderson’s memoir, Love, Pameladebuted on Tuesday, January 31, alongside the Netflix documentary Pamela: A Love Story, in which she detailed her encounter with Allen.

At the documentary premiere in Los Angeles on Monday night, the actress was seen getting very emotional about the project finally making its big screen debut.

He said People magazine that a documentary about his past was essential to telling his story.

“Just these wonderful memories and also the difficult memories. But I wanted to get back into those feelings and feel those feelings,” the 55-year-old told the publication.

He added: “That’s how I wrote my book. I wanted to go through all the chapters of my life and feel these feelings. It was difficult. It was very hard.”
