Only Sam had to thrive

The entertainer, known for winning the 18th season of the popular singing competition show, revealed that she is back to where she started before appearing on the FOX TV show. Diaz sang in subways and on street corners to get away.
Their location American Idol he kind of saved their lives, so it’s shocking that three years later they’re struggling to the point where they’re back and basically begging for money on the street.
The 24-year-old Harlem native shared the news on her new social media channels, and while she initially felt “very embarrassed” about being in this position again, she had no choice. They “legally needed the money” and not taking the bus on the street is “optional”.
Only Sam struggles to digest it all

The realization dawned on Sam that they had “fallen so low” since winning Idol. It started when they were struggling with an unknown illness last summer. Diaz shared on her IG Story that they had “so much” to reveal, “but there’s not much” they can “say.”
The message continued. “I promise I’ll say more soon. For now, I will thank everyone behind my back. Thank you so much to the people who show me nothing but love and support. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR PATIENCE!!!! It is needed and appreciated.”

Even though Diaz’s life took a drastic turn, they manage to speak positively and share it with their followers. “I woke up to so much love that I can’t help but CRY LIKE BABYYY and say THANK YOU to everyone. Thank you very much.”
Sam Diaz posts more

Given that they have a decent following on IG, they use it to get attention, announce where they can be found singing that day, and even share some videos of their subway singing.
Diaz said they usually don’t publicize their CashApp, but leave it up to those who want to donate to find them. According to Sam, this is because they already feel bad asking others for help after winning such a large sum.

What happened to the money, just Sam?

We’re all wondering what happened to the staggering $250,000 cash payout she won, the recording contract and the mentorship. Diaz didn’t share this information, but as mentioned earlier, they got sick.
We can assume that the money went to hospital bills. Diaz left a sweet message for their followers. “See how the Lord is turning it all around and watch as I CONTINUE TO GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY! There are things that God will do for me that no one else can do or prevent from happening. I believe so much 11!!”
