Las Vegas is the proud new owner NHL Stanley Cupand we’ll give you a hint where they were spotted over the weekend… Vegas baby!
It’s been an eventful week for the city, to say the least. THE Las Vegas Knights his team beat the Florida Panthers 9-3 in Game 5 to win the first Stanley Cup in franchise history. Of course, the team has since been spotted carrying the coveted trophy around the city’s hottest hangouts.
On Saturday night, right after the team’s triumphant championship parade closed the Las Vegas Strip, the Knights knew exactly where they needed to go. The team hopped on the bus and headed straight to their favorite resort, Around Las Vegas! The hotspot trip was complete with a police escort for the buzzing Stanley Cup champions, where they planned to grab a dinner at famed celebrity lounge and steakhouse Barry’s Downtown Prime.

It is a tradition that wherever the champions go, the Stanley Cup follows. Witnesses at the popular Downtown Vegas casino said that as soon as the door to the Circa hotel lobby opened, all eyes immediately turned to the Vegas Golden Knights. The fans came to a standstill, stunned at the sight of the team and the coveted Stanley Cup. The entire team happily waved to the crowd as they cruised down the casino escalator to the official Vegas Golden Knights steak house.
As always, celebrity appearances at Circa were directed by the casino manager Richard Wilk, where the Knights welcomed him with an expansive and sophisticated private dining room. The team members sat down with their significant others and family members for a memorable and exclusive dinner experience.
The best part… the Vegas Golden Knights not only brought home the Stanley Cup, but also their highly regarded counterparts: the Conn Smythe Trophy and the Clarence S. Campbell Bowl. The rare exhibition presenting all three prestigious trophies, placed in a prominent place in the heart of the dining room, created a unique photo opportunity, capturing the essence of victory and achievement.

When the guests arrived, they were greeted with champagne decorated with the VGK brand. The special menu they received had a significant message hidden at the very top: “2023 Stanley Cup Champions – Vegas Golden Knights.” This exclusive memento represents the team’s remarkable achievement.
CEO/Owner of Circa in an unforgettable moment Derek Stevens and his wife Nicole took the opportunity to pose for an extraordinary photo. They posed alongside the entire Vegas Born team, creating a formidable image around the three most coveted awards in NHL history. Subsequently, owners of Barry’s Downtown Prime-Chef Barry S. Dakake, Yassine Lyobiand Marco Cicionealso eagerly joined the Knights and their bright companions for an epic photo.

The group visited the famous kitchen where culinary magic happens. Among those present was the captain of the VGK Mark StoneJonathan Marchessault, and Zach Whitecloud, the team’s defensive star, proudly hoisting the Stanley Cup. In this cherished moment, the trio posed alongside head chef/restaurant namesake Chef Barry Dakake before enlisting the rest of the staff for a fantastic group photo.

After their kitchen getaway, the group continued to the restaurant’s bar. Here, teammates, family members, and even Chef Barry himself took turns lifting the championship trophy, sharing in the joy and celebration.

Jonathan “Conny Marchy” Marchessault he took center stage in the steakhouse and proudly posed with his MVP trophy. William “Wild Bill” Karlsson excitedly waving his Swedish flag next to his family and friends. Many champagne toasts were consumed (don’t worry – the spraying part was already done on the parade).
