English singer and songwriter Ozzy Osbourne has made public her desire to return to the stage and do what she loves most – singing.
Ozzy, who previously announced his retirement from performing and touring earlier this year after suffering a number of health issues, claimed he couldn’t help but reach out.
The singer will headline the inaugural edition of the Power Trip metal festival in August alongside Guns N’ Roses, Iron Maiden, Metallica and Tool.

After a long hiatus from touring, legendary rock musician Ozzy Osbourne has expressed his desire to return to the stage and perform for his fans. New York Post. “I mean, live shows are what I live for,” he said. “I had to cancel my European tour in 2023, but I am determined to return to the stage.”
The “The Diary of A Madman” singer explained that he has to do more concerts and wouldn’t mind being pushed around in a wheelchair.
“I mean, you can’t retire from this game. This is not work; it’s a great passion. I don’t know how else to do it.”

In February, the legendary Black Sabbath frontman announced his retirement from touring and canceled all upcoming shows while he recuperates. The rock star has struggled with a number of health issues, including Parkinson’s disease and a spinal injury sustained in an accident.
Ozzy acknowledged his fans and apologized to them, noting that he “never thought” his touring days would ever end the way they did.
“I am truly humbled by the way you all have patiently held on to tickets, but I now realize in good conscience that I am physically unable to do my upcoming European/UK tour. dates as I know I could not deal with the necessary travel,” he said.
This news came as a blow to fans who were eager to see the rock icon return to the stage. Despite his health struggles, Ozzy has remained active recently, releasing his latest solo album, Patient Number 9, in 2022. With the release, he achieved his first 1st place on the Billboard album sales chart, and then won two Grammy awards, Best. Rock Album and Best Metal Performance for the project in February.
