Simone Biles is in awe of progress on “Dream Home” with her husband

Simone Biles and husband Jonathan Owens continue to thrive in their married life as they keep fans updated on what parts of their lives they want the world to know about.

A month before the wedding, the couple announced that they had bought a piece of land where they would build their dream home and live happily ever after.

After they tied the knot in May in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, a lot of progress has been made on the land they purchased.

The artistic gymnast, who is always happy to chat with her fans through her social media accounts, updated them on the impressive progress she has made in preparing the construction of her family home.

In addition to the foundation laid on the ground, there were wooden structures in various parts of the property. The clip also shows a mobile toilet provided to the construction workers.

The recent progress on the purchased property comes weeks after the Olympic medalist unveiled the early stages of construction on the site. TThe athlete took to her Instagram stories to reveal a clip of the massive land when it was all cement and block.

While the foundation appeared to have already been laid, workers were spotted on the structure helping to level the mix. The video captured construction equipment, including a truck with a crane.

She captioned the post, “Foundation poured,” before going on to tag her husband’s Instagram handle.

Looking back at the moment they announced they had purchased the property back in March, Biles couldn’t help but upload three photos to her Instagram page of her and her man posing together at the secluded property.

For the sentimental occasion, the 26-year-old donned a purple tracksuit and pouted for the camera, while her handsome hubby wore a white t-shirt and had his hair in a braid. He lovingly wrapped his arms around Biles’ neck and kissed her earlobe.

The next slide captured the camera-backing footballer staring at their soon-to-be-completed dream home, presumably relishing the important milestone. On the other hand, the third frame was the image of the explored space. Several trees were cut down to make way for land surrounded by tall trees. From a closer look, a house could be seen on the other side of the property.

The delighted wife captioned the post: “home is made with love and dreams. Cheers to the breakout.” Fans and colleagues were quick to congratulate the couple in the comments section, with her husband first commenting: “So excited!!!!” Next to a red heart emoji.

Retired gymnast McKenna Lane Kelley happily wrote: “Congratulations to the Owens!” While Elaine Welteroth, a well-known journalist, wrote: “Love this season of life.” Meanwhile, one of the couple’s supporters said: “I love it when people do (this) because it’s a whole journey for the followers too lol.”

The Ohio native, who will live in their forever home with her husband, celebrated their one-month anniversary of becoming man and wife in June!

She captioned it, “One month to love you forever.” The doting wife also named their photographer “@stanlophotography”.
