Scheana Shay relaxed with Lala Kent today, she had to fight against Leviss on Wednesday in the mood before the track. The lawyer’s mom, Neama Rahmani, reassures Scheana’s fans that the singer is right here, and the courts will show that.

“We plan to appear in court tomorrow to prove that these claims are false and that Rachel lied about it all. Even though Rachel reportedly dismissed the temporary restraining order, the case remains on the court calendar until Wednesday, and we will be there to vigorously defend Scheana.”

Rahmini, president of the West Coast Trial Bar, shared their plan. If Leviss and his attorneys show up in court to pursue the temporary restraining order, they are ready to fight.

“If they want to move forward tomorrow, we will have to continue to line up our witnesses, but we are very confident that we will win this case.”

Scheana’s Lawyers Think The Allegations Are ‘Outrageous’

Scheana’s rep confirmed that “the case is still on the calendar.” He also reminded Leviss to look like a fool by contradicting him Vanderpump Rules reunion publicity stunt. Last week, The Blast shared the news that Scheana was served with several legal documents while filming the highly-anticipated reunion.

This time, it was only at Leviss’s request that the docs called to stop the TRO against Summer Moon’s mom. Rahmini graciously shared with The Blast, “These types of hearings cannot be dismissed, so we have to show up to resolve the matter or seek a continuance to fight these nasty allegations and win.”

We reported last week that “Rachel asked Andy to ‘serve’ Scheana with a document during the meeting, but the papers have no legal meaning.” The lawyer went on to explain what the documents were. “They asked for a complaint or civil suit to be dismissed, but Rachel asked for a permanent restraining order, which is completely different.”

This whole mess stems from Leviss claiming that Scheana punched him in the eye after learning about the strained relationship between Tom Sandoval and Leviss. Scheana has not publicly commented on the allegations, but according to some of her friends who are willing to be her mouthpieces.

Scheana’s friends like Kristen Doute, Lala Kent, and James Kennedy have all come to her defense, with some even claiming that she is physically unable to hit the claws she calls nails.

Even nemesis Katie Maloney is on Scheana Shay’s side. We can’t say that as proof of Scheana’s innocence, because realistically, they’re all just as mad at Leviss. But the nail fact is true!
