Rihanna plans to release her album this year
In a new cover interview with the Fashion, Rihanna talked about her highly-anticipated next album, saying it would be “ridiculous” if she didn’t release it this year. The 34-year-old revealed that she plans to release it this year, but is under pressure to make the album better than her last project.
Rihanna’s last album, ANTI, was released in 2016 and was a very successful project that set the bar. He said: “I want it to be this year. Honestly, it would be ridiculous if it wasn’t this year. But I just want to have fun. I just want to make music and videos.”
Rihanna continued: “But there’s this pressure that I put on myself. That if it’s not better, it’s not worth it. So I realized that if I wait until it feels good and perfect and better, maybe it’s going to take forever and maybe it’s never going to come out, and no, I’m not willing to do that.”
She revealed her pregnancy at the Super Bowl
