Lisa Marie will also be laid to rest next to her famous father, Elvis Presley, and her grandparents, along with other family members. Graceland has been central to the family for decades, and previously Lisa Marie herself held a public vigil on the 40th anniversary of Elvis’ death. The singer is survived by her mother, children and several ex-husbands, including Nicolas Cage and Michael Lockwood.

The Presley family has announced a public memorial for Lisa Marie Presley

To honor the memory of Lisa Marie, the Presley family announced that they will hold a public memorial service on January 22nd at their Graceland estate. A representative of the family issued a statement Us Weekly on January 16 to confirm the memorial. The family also asked fans and well-wishers to visit the Graceland website for more information about the service.
The statement read: “Riley, Harper, Finley and Priscilla are grateful for the support, well wishes and outpouring of love in honor of their beloved Lisa Marie.” He also announced that the memorial service will be held “on the front lawn of Graceland on Sunday, January 22nd at 9:00 a.m. in Memphis.”
Additionally, instead of flowers and other condolence gifts, the family asked that those who “want to send something” make a donation to the Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation. The foundation “provides support to various charitable organizations with a particular focus on the arts, education and children’s programs in the Memphis/Whitehaven area.”
Lisa Marie Presley died after cardiac arrest
