Prominent lawyers are reportedly avoiding Harvey Weinstein
Harvey Weinstein you’ll find a new legal team in front of you in no time appeal against charges of sexual harassment and rape.
Harvey Weinstein wants a new team

The disgraced executive is ready to appeal his sentence in Los Angeles, but he wants a whole new legal team to make it happen. There’s one problem, no one is interested in working with Weinstein, and the date is fast approaching.
Deadline shared some quotes about LA lawyers who want nothing to do with Weinstein or the case. Some were kind enough to offer advice, and others couldn’t contain their disgust.
Jacqueline Sparagna of Werksman Jackson & Quinn LLP is the one who echoed Weinstein in his appeal of the verdict. It’s not known what led to the split, but Weinstein has been on the court for 16 years and needs legal representation ASAP.
Local lawyers are unmistakable

Deadline reports that while Weinstein is locked up in a downtown Los Angeles jail, he makes daily calls to contact lawyers in the far west coast legal community. Some of the lawyers comment.
“I wouldn’t approach that mother with a 10-foot pole,” claimed a Los Angeles attorney.
Another high-profile lawyer found it interesting to question the credibility of the witness. “To challenge the credibility of the State’s witnesses, you must offer a compelling counternarrative. That requires an attorney who is a great communicator, someone who communicates his presence to the jury,” said the Century City attorney. Deadline.
They continued, “It doesn’t sound like a fossil, but I think you should hire a woman,” the male attorney claimed.
For those wondering why he can’t use his other legal team, the case was based in New York. There, his team is solid, represented by Arthur Aidala, retired New York Supreme Court Justice Barry Kamins and Diane Fabi Sampson of Aidala Bertuna & Kamins PC.
The team was unsuccessful in the 2020 Manhattan case.
Harvey Weinstein’s accusers remove the mask

Some of Weinstein’s accusers were forced to remove the Jane Doe facade and reveal their identities in order to gain more influence over Weinstein’s actions. Jane Doe #4 revealed herself to be Jennifer Siebel Newsom. The alleged victim has spoken openly about her allegations against Weinstein.
“He tried to destroy my life and the lives of many other women,” she claimed in a statement she wrote and read in court. “He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison,” he said.
Another victim, Jane Doe #2, came forward as Lauren Young. She said she just hoped Weinstein would be “held accountable for what he did to me.”
Jane Doe #5 revealed herself as Kate Jaggard. He, too, wanted to give Weinstein his thoughts and celebrated the executive going behind bars. “In my opinion, the verdict was for all victims of sexual harassment.”
For Harvey’s sake, we hope he finds legal representation quickly, it’s going to be a challenge no matter how much money he can raise.
