American actor Paul Rudd revealed the surprisingly simple technique to stay youthful forever.
The actor, who is known to have starred in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s “Ant-Man,” finally spilled the tea on what he thinks is important to staying young.
Rudd also shared in a recent interview that he never imagined he would be playing a superhero in a movie and that “Ant-Man” not only changed his career, but also him.

Rudd also described a typical day in his life: “I get up, have a cup of coffee, then do some cardio before I eat anything. I never would have done that before Ant-Man. I lift weights, hopefully at least three times a week.”
Before explaining how exercise has helped her develop a consistent relationship with her body, she made it clear that breaking away from her routines makes her uncomfortable.
“I’ve learned a lot about how my body reacts to food, how it reacts to exercise, where I’m happiest, and how it affects me mentally,” she shared. Rudd, 53, also explained that every time he plays a superhero (Ant-Man), he “feels better and less of a fraud.”
