The ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ director allegedly neglected his family during his romance with Harry Styles

As the “Booksmart” actress plans something big with Coolidge, she and her ex-husband Jason Sudeikis are being sued by their former nanny, Ericka Genaro.
In legal documents obtained by The Blast the nanny sued the estranged couple for essentially assigning her too many household duties when she worked for them.
The former couple employed Genaro from 2018 to 2021, and Wilde says she left the household in 2020 when she began her relationship with Styles. Genaro claimed that he was pressured to fill in for Wilde as a mother figure due to the actress’s neglect.
Additionally, the former nanny claimed she has the added burden of being Sudeikis’ shoulder to cry on. He stated that he needed to stay past his work hours to vent and talk about his challenges. Genaro pointed out that this caused him a lot of stress and anxiety, which left him exhausted.
The stress of the workload was increasing and a health professional advised her to stop working immediately. Instead, he took three days off, prompting Sudeikis to fire him on the spot. Genaro claimed that he was wrongfully terminated and alleged that the A-listers violated several labor laws in California.
In the lawsuit, Genaro sought damages under the FEHA.
