Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis in dogfight over child custody
Despite recent pictures of exes Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis cuddling up to each other, it may not all be over the top between the two as recent media reports suggest a nasty dogfight between their kids, 81/2-year-old Otis and due to custody of Otis. Daisy, 6.
The fight is not so much about the custody agreement itself, but as real estate says, it’s all about “location, location, location”! Here’s the bottom line…
Olivia Wilde made co-parenting peace with Jason Sudeikis

Most media reports suggest that while Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis don’t see eye-to-eye, they are playing the co-parenting game. For both actors, their children come first, and for both six-year-old Daisy Josephine and eight-and-a-half-year-old Otis Alexander are the most important.
They even agreed that Wilde cheated on Sudeikis with Harry Styles. A former nanny made the outrageous claims, which the former couple called “false and bogus” in a joint statement.
The statement also reads: “The nanny’s 18-month campaign, in which she harasses us, our loved ones, close friends and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate climax. We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children, in the sincere hope that he will now decide to leave our family alone.”
Meanwhile, Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles have also dropped out, he is focusing on his tour, and both have decided to take a break from November 2022.
Wilde and Sudeikis ended their seven-year engagement in early 2020 and became romantically involved with Harry Styles in 2021. Wilde and Sudeikis were recently spotted sharing a brief hug, sparking all sorts of rumors.
So what is a custody battle all about?

Despite the hug it seems the custody battle only intensified, according to TMZ. While sources say that Jason Sudeikis is not asking for child support from Olvie and is even willing to pay her a “reasonable amount,” he wants the amount to be decided between the two of them or a judge in New York. .
Sudeikis’ New York attorney, Bill Beslow, appears to have filed an appeal with a New York judge on Jan. 4 to resolve all child support issues. The judge reportedly set a trial date for February 15.
The problem is, in July 2022, a judge in New York and a judge in California ruled that all custody cases would be handled in LA, which Wilde wanted. Sudeikis’ move puzzled Wilde because the judges had already ruled it a Los Angeles case and not a New York case, but Beslow appealed again on the same grounds.
Wilde’s attorney, Laura Wasser, has already filed a motion with a New York judge to dismiss the lawsuits so that a Los Angeles judge can rule on the previous rulings.
Fans don’t seem to be happy with Sudeikis’ move, as one of them wrote on Instagram: “You’ve lost custody, get over it. A mean-spirited man. Shame on you.”
Ouch!
Jason Sudeikis did not surprise Olivia Wilde for the first time!

In his court filing, Sudeikis responded with an apology: “I understood that the process server was just doing its job; however, I deeply regret what happened. Olivia’s speech was an important event for Olivia, both professionally and personally, and I am very, very sorry that this incident spoiled her special moment.”
