During a recent interview Fun tonight, Nick Cannon has spoken about his desire to have more children in the future. Cannon has been at the center of controversy over many of her children over the past few years.

However, it looks like the TV personality is finally ready to slow down. He said: “God will decide when we’re done, but I think I definitely have my hands full. And I’m so focused. I’m locked up. But when I’m 85, you never know. I may decide to have more.

Cannon welcomed their 12th child in December 2022 after Alyssa Scott gave birth to their second child, a daughter named Halo Marie. Cannon and Scott previously had a son, Zen, in April 2021. However, the little boy was soon diagnosed with brain cancer and died at the age of five months.

During the interview Fun tonight, Cannon also talked about the viral TikTok video Carey and Monroe made with Kim Kardashian and her daughter North. The “Masked Singer” host said the video was an unexpected collaboration considering she previously dated Kardashian, but it was “epic.”

In the video, North and Monroe sang and danced to one of Carey’s hits while their mom appeared on screen. The two girls then pushed Kardashian and Carey out of the frame of the video, causing them all to laugh. Cannon said, “The song that they did the TikTok for is a song that I did and I worked on with Mariah, so that made it special.”

Cannon also stated that Monroe definitely got the “entertainment bug” from her parents and that she may be following in her mother’s footsteps. He added: “You can definitely see that connection between him and his mother. The fact that they are comfortable with each other is beautiful.”

The “Wild ‘n Out” host also talked about his “Future Superstar” music tour, which kicks off on February 25th at the popular Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles. The tour spans 24 cities and features ten musicians who want to showcase their talents.

However, Cannon said the tour is not meant to become a talent show for up-and-coming artists, but a way to pave the way for them. He said: “I don’t have the credibility to consider anyone a superstar. To be a star, it boils down to having that superstar energy; it’s already inside you. It comes from within.”

Cannon added that he really “just wanted to get these people on a tour bus, old school Berry Gordy style.” Some of the acts on the tour include talents like Big Boss Vette, Symba, DW Flame, 24kGoldn, Klondike Blonde and Hitman Holla.
