Nick Cannon reveals the child he spends the most time with

Nick Cannon recently spoke candidly about bonding with her 12 children. The actor and comedian revealed that he spends most of his time with his daughter Onyx, whom he shares with model LaNisha Cole.

Cannon and Cole get along much better than before and respect each other’s time with the eight-month-old. This was after the couple had problems with Cannon forgetting the baby’s name while talking about all his children.

Last week’s “The Jason Lee Podcast.” Cannon revealed that Onyx spends most of his time in a typical week, as they spend at least three full days together.

He said: “If we meet on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, my daughter is right next to me, whether I’m on set.” Cannon does his best to make time for Onyx and even has a children’s room working for him. Amidst his busy schedule, the star bonds with the baby.

The former “America’s Got Talent” host noted that her time with Onyx doesn’t affect her relationship with the other kids. Cannon explained that most kids are busier with school and can’t afford to spend whole weekdays with him. However, Onyx’s mother, Cole, makes it even easier because she “respects” Cannon enough to spend as much time with her little girl as she does.

Cannon revealed that he shares a “super strong understanding” and significant “co-parenting” with the model. This happened after a recent drama between the duo. Cannon hinted that she was in big trouble after she forgot to mention Onyx’s name while listing all of her kids on a show.

The “Celebrity Prank Wars” star admitted he forgot to mention Onyx’s name on an April episode of the “Howard Stern Show.” Jokingly blaming Stern at the time, he said, per Page six, “You threw me down because I was fine!” the presenter shot back: – Poor Onyx.

Cannon then revealed that his mistake was “creating a problem” between him and Cole. However, this would not be the first case, as every other day he gets into “trouble” with other parents. Although Cole chose to keep quiet about the matter, it wasn’t long before he shared photos of their daughter on Instagram.

As a sweet caption, he wrote, on Page six“My whole world… the most beautiful little girl. I do my best every day to make sure she knows how special she is and how much I love and adore her.” Cole then prayed for the infant, wishing him “strength, guidance and peace.”
