The Bravo kid said she was out of control in high school and lost 40 pounds in two months, but there wasn’t some drama behind it, her mom is Teresa Giudice after all.

“I was pushing so hard. The heaviest was like 150, and then when I finished (losing weight), I was like 110,” the 17-year-old girl said on her mother’s podcast. “Namaste Bitches”. He revealed that he was not looking his best.

“I was so skinny after that. I was literally like a stick. I was so skinny because I was just working out, but I felt good.” As long as you feel good, that’s all that matters (oh, and it’s not hurting your body.)

Milania insisted her mother didn’t encourage her to lose a few pounds, but hinted that a third of the four girls were getting a little chubby. “My mom would — she’d never say anything to me — but she’d say, ‘Oh, do you want another ice cream?’

Her sisters were the ones who were a little tough. Siblings will make you figure out if you’re really part of the family and not adopted. Teresa Giudice pulled out all the stops

Giudice, who once had a passion for fitness and participated in a bodybuilding competition, gave her daughter a little help. He hired a nutritionist who made him the “healthiest meals” three times a day.

However, Milania worked hard, training twice a day, before and after school. She now describes the transition as a “flash” after “literally drowning in my own body.”

Still, he wasn’t too down, it led to something great for him.

“It happens to everyone. Your life lights up,” he explained. “I’d say my brilliance hit in eighth grade.”
