Roach shared a screenshot of the email she received from a representative of the Defaïence brand notifying her when the dress was ready. In the image, a large arrow pointed to the date of the email. The email was dated “1/31/23” and the body included the date the dress was made and the name of the brand.

Along with the screenshot, the designer explained that the outfit was previously designed for the rapper. He wrote: “You want to make me a liar so badly. A great stylist is always ready for a look and starts months in advance. I got this as an option for the Grammys, but he didn’t attend. He ended the message with his distaste for speculation. “I hate the Internet,” Roach declared.

Roach’s clarification comes after photos of the “Her” rapper in her breathtaking dress at the CMT Awards made headlines.. Megan truly dropped jaws in the Defaïence cobalt blue dress. The long dress had a high neckline and long sleeves and hugged her curves. However, the outfit had a dramatic twist.
