The singer, who was previously engaged twice, is reportedly trying with Evan Winiker, a former member of the indie rock band Steel Train. The engagement news shocked fans as the couple had been rumored to be relatively low-key and Del Rey was romantically involved with music producer Jack Donoghue last year.
