In an Instagram post that received massive support from her devoted fan base, Richards posted a glowing selfie oozing positivity and gratitude in a black tank top and brown cowboy hat. The photo captured his pouting grin and undeniable sense of accomplishment, resonating with his followers who cheered him on throughout his journey to sobriety.

“Today marks one year alcohol-free for me,” he wrote. “A number of things have led me to the conclusion that I don’t want to drink.”

He continued: “First of all, I didn’t feel like it was a place I personally wanted to be. I listened to my heart and the message was clear to me. I knew it was no longer serving me (no pun intended) physically, mentally, or spiritually. I never put a time frame on when I will drink again, or to say IF I ever drink.”

Richards went on to share with her how she feels “mentally clearer” and that she no longer has “anxiety” about alcohol. He noted that he encountered some “resistance” but did not succumb to “peer pressure.”

Richard’s post followed an outpouring of love and encouragement from his fans, showing the strong bond between the reality star and his devoted followers.

One fan wrote: “You will inspire many with this. He’s proud of you. The sane revolution has begun. I will be 3 years old in October. Our children will thank us and (of course) our bodies. But for now, thank you.”

Another fan shared, “We need more people to support this healthy lifestyle. Thank you for being a light.”

“Congratulations to you,” one fan shared. “I have 20 days to improve my health. I lost 20 pounds, so it’s crazy to think what that actually does to our bodies.” Richards replied to the fan: “It changes our bodies.”

Kyle Richards has reportedly ‘divorced’ her husband

In a surprising turn of events, Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky have split after 27 years of marriage. People magazine.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been living apart for a while, but they still live under the same roof. They’re staying friendly as they figure out what’s next for them and their families,” a source close to the couple told the news outlet.

The couple recently shared a joint statement on their Instagram account about the news of their divorce.

“Regarding the news that came out about us today… The claims about the divorce are untrue,” the statement said. “However, yes, we had a difficult year. The biggest challenge of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other very much.”

“There was no violation of the law by anyone. Although we are in the public eye, we ask that we work through our affairs in private. While it can be fun to speculate, please don’t make up fake stories to fit an additional salacious narrative,” the statement continued.

Richards and Umansky first met in 1994 and tied the knot in 1996. They have three children together: Alexia (27), Sophia (23) and Portia (15).

Their split will play out in the new season of “RHOBH.”
