Kelly Clarkson Gets Restraining Orders Against TWO Stalkers

Kelly Clarkson you can rest a little easier lately.

The singer, TV presenter and mother has just received two permanent restraining orders for five years against two people.

The two must stay at least 100 meters away from Clarkson, his home, work/place of work, children, children’s school or childcare.

according to legal documents obtained by The explosionthe alleged stalker must not: “Harass, intimidate, molest, attack, hit, stalk, threaten, abuse (sexually or otherwise), abuse, destroy the person’s personal property, or disturb the person’s peace, – Contact in any way contact the person either directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public or private letter, inter-office letter, e-mail, text message, fax, or other electronic means, or take any action to contact the person’s address or in order to obtain your location.”

Clarkson filed for a restraining order in December 2022, within days.

We reported that one of the alleged stalkers was described as “a large, imposing man, about 6 feet 3 inches tall and over 250 pounds.”

Kelly wants to protect her children, her nanny and her housekeeper

On Thanksgiving, he drove up to his house in a truck (without a trailer) and looked into his yard.

At the time of the terrifying encounter, Clarkson asked a Los Angeles judge to protect her two children, the house manager and their nanny.

He added: “These individuals either live with me or spend a significant amount of time in and out of my home. In addition, these individuals spend significant amounts of time with me when I am in the office, on television and/or film sets, in the recording studio, and elsewhere.”

Clarkson included a statement from her security team outlining the exact details of her encounter with the man.

The other eviction application involved an alleged stalker who left strange gifts on her property for a month.

The host of the daytime talk show again asked for the protection of his son, daughter, house manager and children’s nanny.

Clarkson also requested the protection of Patricia Farrow, her manager at the home.

Kelly Had Two Different Stalkers At Her Home Within Days Of Each Other

The “Miss Independent” singer said she did not know the person and that she was harassed between October 26, 2022 and December 6, 2022.

Michael Lopez, who has been in charge of Kelly’s personal security since 2017, said in a statement: “2022. on or about October 26, 2022, I became aware of an individual who left 11 certain items and a note, believed to be for Ms. Brianne. At the front gate of Ms. Brianne’s home.

Mr. Lopez said he tracked when the individual visited Clarkson’s home, along with the dates and times, and whether the security footage was able to capture video or still images.

“I compiled a spreadsheet with columns for the date of each visit, the time of the visit, whether the image was from a videotape or a still image, a still image from the video or a photograph, a description of the items left in this person’s possession by Ms. Brianne, and notes about the visit, including also the specific comments that this person leaves for Ms. Brianne. I have also attached photographs of this person and some of his notes, or
“gifts,” he continued.

According to the documents, “On each of these occasions, this individual either walked to the house or drove a Mazda Tribute SUV with Oregon license plates. Her visit on December 5, 2022 at 5:08 p.m. is particularly disturbing as she appears to be following Ms. Brianne’s children who came home in a car with their nanny.”
