Darius Jackson and Keke Palmer’s relationship status is uncertain

Jackson marked his return to social media with a bold move that left online users unsure about the status of his relationship with actress Palmer.

The production manager has deleted all traces of her from her Instagram page, including pictures and videos of her cute moments since their relationship went public.

However, she left photos of their son Leodis, who was adopted in the second month of 2023.

This comes after Jackson was criticized by Palmer’s fans for calling her out on social media after videos of the actress serenading Usher went viral.

Amid the backlash, Jackson deactivated her Instagram and Twitter accounts for a few hours before returning to her social media without any photos of Palmer.

The drama began when Palmer attended the event in a black sheer stretch tulle Givenchy gown that showed off her derriere. At one point, she was seen dancing with him and the “There Goes My Baby” singer sang it, creating a couple vibe.

Not long after, Jackson took to social media to call out Palmer for the revealing outfit she wore, expressing how unbecoming a mother it was.

“This outfit, well… you’re a mom,” she captioned hers comment Palmer and Usher’s viral video.

He later doubled down on his comment after fans trolled him and felt that what he said was inappropriate.

Jackson wrote“We live in a generation where one of the men in the family doesn’t want a wife and mother to show her booty to her kids to please others and be told how hateful she is.”

He added: “This is my family and my representation. I have standards and morals for what I believe. I rest my work.”

Keke Palmer has yet to deal with her boyfriend’s social media comments

Palmer did not respond verbally to Jackson’s criticism of her bold attire. However, she seemingly subtly took a dig at him by sharing it a series of photos she showed off her risque outfit and humorously commented, “I wish I had taken more pictures, but we were running late.”

He also praised Usher for his performance and urged fans to attend his next shows.

“I’ll tell you all now, if you haven’t seen @usher YOU NEED TO!! IT WAS VERY FABULOUS!!” Palmer continued.

Meanwhile, it’s unclear if Palmer has ended her relationship with Jackson. He is yet to delete the photos of him from his social media pages and is solely focused on the hype of his latest project ‘Big Boss’.

Keke Palmer previously honored Darius Jackson on Father’s Day

Just three weeks ago, Palmer paid tribute to Jackson on the occasion of the worldwide celebration of Father’s Day.

She shared a mash-up clip of him and their child together, captioning it: “Happy Father’s Day to the best dad ever! (Don’t tell my dad I said that.)”

In the caption, she also described Jackson as a “fun, kind, responsible, reliable and supportive man” and how happy she is to have him in their lives.

Palmer continued: “It’s so wonderful to see what a loving father you are, but I’m not surprised. Maybe you wanted to be a father more than I wanted to be a mother, and that’s saying a lot because I ALWAYS wanted to be a mother.”

He ended the tribute by saying: “I love this for us, but I really love Leo! God bless you dear, thank you for being in our lives. WE LOVE YOU!”
