According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the Grammy-winning singer is taking legal action against her for what her managers are calling “unpaid services.” The lawsuit was filed against Jackson and several of his companies until 2017. The company accuses Jackson of bailing out the entire debt owed to them for their involvement in his career. Clearly, Jackson is a big star who will probably be able to pay off his debt sooner rather than later. The total alleged debt is $238,593.88.
Janet Jackson had a similar lawsuit in the past

In 2018, Jackson was involved in another lawsuit accusing him of similar outstanding debts. Her former manager, Danny O’Donovan, claimed that both Janet and her brother, Randy Jackson, employed him as their manager for the ‘State of the World Tour’ in 2016.
Based on reports, Janet and Randy agreed to pay him $25,000 a month, and he ended up working for 17 months. For the first five months everything went smoothly and O’Donovan was paid promptly and religiously, but then the money never came.
A year later, the manger claimed it still hadn’t been paid, so it sued the couple for $300,000.

Janet will have plenty of opportunities to pay off this alleged debt as she’s hitting the road again! Janet has added four more shows to her ‘Together Again’ tour. She shared the news that the holiday surprised her fans.

As Janet settles with her creditors, her fans are buzzing about the four added shows.

Although some still wanted more: “Let’s do another show in Los Angeles,” pleaded one fan. “Wish there was an OKC date,” wrote another fan, endorsed by a fellow local, “seriously! I hope he adds another step to his tour.”
Janet last toured in 2019 on the Rhythm Nation anniversary tour, celebrating the 30th anniversary of her Rhythm Nation 1814 album. So, of course, the fans of the multi-talented singer were delighted. The tour kicks off on April 14th at the Hard Rock Live Arena in Hollywood, Florida.
The new shows feature Ludacris as special guest, and the tour now officially consists of 37 dates, many of which are already sold out. Hopefully Janet will sell enough merchandise to pay off this supposed $238K debt?
