Amid rumors of a split, a source close to the couple recently confirmed that Shayk and the seven-time Super Bowl winner are still going strong. According to TMZ, the source noted that the duo was being more private about their relationship than when they first started out.

Brady and Shayk hit it off after attending a wedding together in May 2023. Weeks after, sources close to them confirmed that they were indeed dating. However, speculations recently developed on whether the couple was in an open relationship, given Brady’s silence on Shayk’s recent vacation with her ex-boyfriend, Cooper.

This comes after Page Six reported that Shayk really wanted things to work out with the former quarterback. She also made plans to cut off “loose-lipped” friends to avoid “weird rumors” from scaring Brady away.

Shayk’s recent vacation posts featuring Cooper left the public confused about the status of her relationship with the former NFL player. The supermodel took to Instagram to share photos of her cozy time with the actor and singer hanging out on a beach.

One of the snapshots showed Shayk posing topless near some huge rocks, while another featured her former boyfriend, also topless and lying on a kayak. The photos from the outing also made it to the supermodel’s pinned stories on her Instagram page.

Shayk previously dated Cooper for four years and shares a 6-year-old daughter, Lea, before calling it quits in 2019. The duo are now co-parenting their child, which causes them to spend time together despite their split.

At the time, he reflected on his 45 years on the earth and noted that the trip changed his life for the better. He noted, “I am taking these next days one at a time, focusing on being my best self for me, and others, and living a life of integrity and purpose.” The star added that the most important things in his life were “relationships and memories,” and his trip made him realize this.

Brady shared that he loves waking up to beautiful sunrises and seeing parts of our planet that are still untouched by humans. He also mentioned how watching animals in their natural habitats and seeing people who live happily has taught him important life lessons. The star then added two quotes to the heartfelt message as his watchwords: “If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am not for others, what am I?” and “The life you lead, is the lesson you teach.”
