Canadian actress Evangeline Lilly he claims he didn’t know who Harry Styles when he saw her on Marvel’s ‘Eternals’.
Although the “Watermelon Sugar” singer is super famous, Lilly pointed out that she didn’t know what he looked like and thinks he’s a random actor getting his big break.
The “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” actress may not have known Styles, but she is friends with Hugh Jackman, but she flatly refused his request to appear in an “X-Men” movie.

Evangeline Lilly didn’t know who Harry Styles was
Lilly recently admitted that she doesn’t know who Harry Styles is after watching him in The Eternals.
Based on Insiderthe “Real Steel” actress explained in an interview with IGV Presents that when she saw Styles in the movie, she thought he was just a random actor trying to get the big moment, even though the singer was already pretty famous at the time.
Styles starred as Starfox in the film, which also starred Angelina Jolie, Barry Keoghan and Lauren Ridloff.
Lilly, 43, said that when she saw Style’s role in the film, she asked who the kid was, noting that they were going to be very successful.
“I have to say that at the end of ‘Eternals,’ when that guy walked into the ship, at the end,” he explained, before being interrupted by his girlfriend, Kathryn Newton, and the interviewer, who pointed out that ‘that guy’ was Harry. Styles.
“Well, for me, it was ‘that guy,’ and I was like, ‘Who is this kid, because he’s going to be really successful. He’s got some serious mojo,” Lilly shared. “Swear to god. I was like, “He’s going to be a big star.” That’s what I thought to myself.”

One thing Lilly and Styles have in common is that their names have been included in two of Marvel’s lowest-rated movies.
According to the Insider“Ant-Man and the wasp: Quantumania,” which starred Lilly Hope as Vandyne, or the Wasp, received the worst reviews since “Eternal,” featuring Styles.
The film was rated a paltry 48% on damn paradise last Friday, despite being a highly anticipated film from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
“Eternals,” featuring Styles, didn’t fare much better, scoring 47% from critics on the ruined paradise.
Insider he noted that the film was “entertaining” but “lumpy”, adding that the script “struggles to keep things flowing without whiplash for the audience”.

Lilly then pointed out that he turned down the offer to his face, explaining that she didn’t like superhero movies at the time, which made her feel like he was rude to the Logan star.

Elsewhere in the interview, Lilly explained that she initially turned down the opportunity to work on “Ant-Man” due to her disdain for superhero movies, but at the intercession of her manager.
She claimed that her agent asked her to watch the Marvel movies, which left her spellbound. “When I did, I thought, ‘Oh, they’re doing something really different and really cool,'” he said.
Lilly also revealed that she didn’t have a good first meeting with Joss Whedon after being asked to play Wonder Woman.
