Harry Styles “Album of the Year” Grammy Angers for Beyoncé Fans
Harry Styles has hit it big and won the Grammy for Album of the Year 2023 for ‘Harry’s House’. And yet the world is not happy. From calling his Grammy performance a little forced, to taking offense at the “white man’s” acceptance speech, social media is calling out Harry Styles.
But his worst offense, according to fans, was “stealing” the award from Beyoncé!
Harry Styles’ acceptance speech goes awry

Harry Styles, 29, beat out some big names to win the Grammy, and the nominees were standouts in their own right, including ABBA’s “Voyage,” Adele’s “30,” Bad Bunny’s “Un Verano Sin Ti.” Beyoncé “Renaissance”, Mary J. Blige “Good Morgeous (Deluxe)”, Brandi Carlile “In These Silent Days”, Coldplay: “Music of the Spheres”, “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers,” by Kendrick Lamar, and “Special” by Lizzo.
In his acceptance speech for the award, which was announced by Trevor Noah, Harry Styles said he doesn’t go into the studio thinking about whether he’s going to win the award, adding that “there’s no such thing as best.” He passed the mic to the producers, who are posting this.
But it’s the start of his speech that angered many as he said: “That doesn’t happen very often with people like me. This is beautiful thank you.”
The comment didn’t go down well with many people commenting on Twitter:
“I’m trying to understand what this white boy meant by ‘it doesn’t happen to people like me.’ ????”
“That doesn’t happen often to people like me” is probably an even worse case of mouth than anything Harry Styles said on the DONT WORRY DARLING press tour.
Harry Styles says it doesn’t happen often to people like me where Benito might have been from Puerto Rico winning the album and Beyonce the first black woman since 1999 WILD. I need to explain what identity he used for this speaking purpose… pic.twitter.com/33DAXiKOgO

Of course not everyone is a hater!
Harry styles gave THAT humble speech and people hate him because their favorite didn’t win? he deserved this grammy more than anything with such respect, get over yourselves. pic.twitter.com/P8PVSSV4SA

Beyoncé’s fans are crazy about Harry Styles

Despite breaking a record with her 32nd grammy, the “Renaissance” singer missed out on the album of the year award for the fourth time. In 2017, it was Adele who received the Grammy Award for her album “25” and in her acceptance speech she mentioned that Beyoncé was much more deserving.
And now, despite having the most Grammys under her belt, fans feel like Queeny Bey is being cheated out of the big Grammys.
Listen, Grammy voters are still playing Beyoncé. Year after year. Album after album. Apart from 2010 when she won for the song, she has never won in the major categories. He’s won the most awards, but look at what categories… That’s really something. pic.twitter.com/774KtN7ZQ7

The House of Harold is technically well-crafted, but ultimately not even a fraction of the merits of Renaissance composition and execution—it is an explosion of exhilarating joy, artistic and emotional freedom, and strange happiness. Beyoncé was defiled by this LAME ASS show AGAIN pic.twitter.com/LXc54056Xq

However, Liam Payne praises Harry Styles:
The internet feels the Grammys are a scam

Harry Styles’ nominations included Best Pop Vocal Album for ‘Harry’s House’ (which he won), as well as Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Video for ‘As It Was’ .
To many, Harry Styles’ win seemed less than talented because the Recording Academy tends to do what it always does: let white people win over Hispanic or black artists. Unfortunately Membership of the Recording Academy itself, only 31% are women and 33% from “traditionally underrepresented communities”.
It would have been the first Spanish-language album to win the award if Bad Bunny had won, and if Beyoncé had won, she would have been the first black woman to win since 1999.
However, this is how Harry Styles is celebrating his win on social media.
