The actress has been making a lot of headlines recently about her very striking reactions to the ski accident trial. He rolled his eyes a lot, threw some comical side-eyes, and even scoffed from his seat.

Still, it’s very important that Paltrow put out a statement that retained the same energy. “I felt that accepting a false allegation would compromise my integrity,” she opened her account. “I am pleased with the outcome and appreciate the hard work of Judge Holmberg and the jury and thank them for their thoughtfulness in handling this case.”

The case ended up going in Paltrow’s favor, so how could she not be upset as she saw $300,000 waiting for an accident she insists was not her fault, despite optometrist Terry Sanderson’s claim.

Paltrow countersued Sanderson for $1 because; you don’t need the money; that’s the point. He claimed to have suffered a head injury and blamed the whole descent on the Iron Man actress.

The jury found that the accident was Sanderson’s fault. In true classy fashion, Paltrow held no ill will toward Sanderson; On her way out of the courtroom, she reportedly whispered, “I wish you well,” to which he replied, “Thank you, my dear.”

When asked by a reporter if the lawsuit was worth it, the retired doctor said, “Absolutely not.” “I think he thinks he has the truth,” he continued. She doesn’t seem to think it’s as classy as Paltrow!

It’s not over for Sanderson; Since he failed to snag $300,000,000 from Paltrow, he might as well pay more than a dollar. Paltrow also filed a counterclaim for legal fees. This can go either way.

For one thing, Paltrow doesn’t need his money to pay her legal fees and she wished him well, so we know she’s not bitter. But on the other hand, you would have to pay out of pocket for something that went too far.

Paltrow isn’t dealing with some dodgy law firm here; he probably has the best and the prize is the prize…

Gwyneth Paltrow’s children helped a lot

The mother of two couldn’t have done it without the help of her child’s daughter, Apple Martin, and son, Moses Martin. Both children wrote statements that were read in court about the incident that happened, in addition to the aftermath of who hit whom and what they heard or remembered from the day.

Mózes said he saw the incident because he was skiing near his mother on the slope. He testified that his mother yelled and cursed; he was upset and accused Sanderson of backstabbing him.

He also revealed that Sanderson was quite apologetic and appeared to be a little accountable, only to change his story a few days later.

Paltrow should be thankful the whole ordeal is over.
