Guest banned from Disney Park after confrontation with police
After a guest was caught smoking in a non-smoking area and got into a fight with the police, Shanghai Disney forbade it against him.
According to an online video Disney characters tried to prevent the Guest from smoking in the non-smoking area, but he became angry and agitated, leading to a larger incident.
Shanghai Disney prohibits smoking

Shanghai Disney has implemented smoking restrictions to keep the parks safe for visitors.
“Shanghai Disney Resort has complied with its smoke control obligations in accordance with applicable regulations, protecting the health and safety of visitors and the public. We fully support their efforts and extend our condolences to the staff and presenters affected.” an official said.
On April 19, a guest visiting Shanghai Disney was caught smoking in a non-smoking area, prompting staff to try to stop him. This led to an argument, the Guest became angry and then apologized to one of the employees. He then continued smoking, in which the police also intervened.
When the police arrived, the man suddenly fell to the ground, which led to the cancellation of the parade planned for that day.
Shanghai Disney has banned the guest

Due to guest behavior, including rule violations, Shanghai Disney has decided to ban the guest.
“The visitor involved in yesterday’s parade route incident will be banned from entering the park again and his behavior will be further investigated by the police,” Shanghai Disney Resort said in a statement.
In another statement to local media, Shanghai Disney Resort said: “We will not tolerate harassment by cast members or any other behavior that affects the safety of our guests and cast members or the normal operation of the resort, and we will take legal action if necessary.”
Other Disney Parks Incidents

Recently, The Blast has reported on a number of incidents at Disney theme parks around the world. Specifically, at Walt Disney World, an adult hit a child in the face with a dog leash at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A security guard who witnessed the incident told police: “The adult man wearing a white shirt, brown pants and brown shoes hit the young man in blue with the free end of a red dog leash.” The action took place after the adult made a misstep while the juvenile was crossing in front of him. This action occurred after the adult recovered from the misstep and appeared to be a deliberate act as he deliberately hit the child in the face with his leash.”
A guest visiting EPCOT at Walt Disney World from California was hospitalized in December after another Disney guest bit off his middle finger during an argument at the theme park. The fight broke out during Harmonious, EPCOT’s now-retired fireworks show, between two guests — a California woman who lost part of a finger and her family, and a 26-year-old woman from Pennsylvania.
Meanwhile, a local Florida resident was arrested at Disney Springs — the shopping and dining area of Walt Disney World — after making “derogatory comments” to Disney Cast Members, yelling at children and threatening Orange County Sheriff’s deputies.
