‘Glee’ actor Blake Jenner pleads no contest to DUI charge

The 30-year-old actor was arrested in July 2022 after driving through California. In court documents obtained by The Blast, the “Glee” star has decided to plead guilty to the second charge in his DUI case.

In that case, Jenner was convicted and pleaded no contest to “driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or greater.”
Unfortunately, this is not the first time the Florida native has been arrested. He had two previous criminal convictions. One of them was driving without an insurance certificate or with a suspended license in 2015. He did not plead “driving without a valid license” at the time.

He was busted for another DUI a year earlier in 2014. In the end, he pleaded no contest to the “reckless driving” charge. In return, the other charges against him were dropped.
Luckily for Jenner, she was off probation when she was arrested in July 2022, or she would have received a much harsher sentence while on active probation.
For the most recent DUI, “Everybody Wants Some!!” actor was sentenced to five years probation. Jenner must “enroll in, participate in, and successfully complete an 18-month licensed alcohol and other drug education and counseling program.” In other words, you get zero jail time in this case.
Jenner is scheduled to appear in court again on Friday, Feb. 3, where she will have to prove her acceptance into the program.
