“I caught this on the news. I’ve loved Elton for years; we are very similar in that we are over the top in everything.”

The “Coat of Many Colors” singer emphasized how well their voices harmonize, noting that the British star is excited to sing on her album. He also revealed that he invited her to be part of his next project – an offer he readily accepted.

However, despite the enthusiasm for her new record, which features nine original songs and 21 beloved rock anthems, the actress has decided not to tour. Her heart remains in Nashville, Tennessee, where she cherishes being close to her loving husband, Carl, and their lovely home.

According to the songwriter: “The reason I’m not touring right now is because I don’t want to be away from home, we’re all getting older, me and my husband, and I’ve got a lot to do at home. ..” The “Joyful Noise” star enthusiastically revealed his plans for the future, hinting at a potential Broadway musical centered around his extraordinary life, due next year.

He also expressed his desire to work on a gospel album, sharing his deep love for being creative and busy. With his boundless energy, he playfully remarked: “I love to work. I would be dangerous if I had nothing to do; I have very high energy.”

The “Strasszos” star releases a rock and roll album

After being inducted into the 2022 class of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame — despite her initial rejection — the Lonely Coming Down singer took to Instagram to unveil her upcoming rock and roll album, “Rockstar.” She shared the album’s vibrant cover art alongside the caption:

“I’m a rock star now! My new album ‘Rockstar’ is out on November 17th and is available for pre-order now. Rock and roll.

The upcoming album is an epic musical masterpiece, boasting 30 tracks and a star-studded lineup of current and veteran musicians. It features a variety of talent including Parton’s goddaughter Miley Cyrus, Lizzo, Ritchie Sambora, Ringo Starr, Debbie Harry, Steve Perry, Steven Tyler, John Fogerty, Ann Wilson and Kid Rock.

Lizzo showcases her flute skills on a stunning cover of Led Zeppelin’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’, and the rest of the Beatles join Dolly for a heartfelt rendition of ‘Let It Be’.
