Caitlyn Jenner’s mother, Esther Jenner, has finally been laid to rest about a month after she passed away at the age of 96.

The deceased, who always supported Caitlyn even after her divorce from Bruce, will be greatly missed, especially by the “KUWTK” alum.

Paying tribute to the memory of Eszter Caitlyn, she opened her heart at the funeral ceremony that was held recently, expressing how much grief she feels at having to say goodbye to her mother.

The former Olympic medalist couple has been through a difficult week as they mourn their beloved mother. A recent one Instagram paid tribute to the late matriarch in a post while giving fans a glimpse at the memorial service.

The mother of six shared a video of the ceremony, where she was captured on a podium behind a pulpit near a portrait of her mother. She was dressed in a simple black dress as she fought back tears.

The next picture showed a touching message from the deceased, attached to a photo of him grinning. The note read, in part, “Don’t be sad about me for now; I am free. I follow the path that God has marked out for me. I held her hand when I heard her call. I turned my back and left it all. I couldn’t stay another day.”

“To laugh, to love, to work or to play,” he continued. “Tasks left undone must remain so. At the end of the day, I found this peace. If my parting leaves a void, fill it with remembered joy.”

Esther listed some of the things she misses, including “a shared friendship, a laugh, a kiss”, before urging her loved ones not to be “burdened by the time of sorrow”, but wishing them “the sunshine of tomorrow”. He concluded by declaring that he had lived the best life, which seemed short, yet he felt extremely happy that God had delivered him. In his words:

“My life was full; I enjoyed many good friends, good times and the touch of a loved one. My time seems too short. Lift up your heart and share it with me; God wanted me now; set me free.”

Along with the touching photos, Caitlyn took to the caption to share how she felt about the old man’s death, adding that she will cherish him forever. He wrote, “I gave a speech at my mother’s memorial service yesterday. It was one of the hardest things I had to do. I miss you every day. He is loved, missed and in a better place.”

Many were saddened by the devastating loss, including Caitlyn’s son Brandon Jenner, who wrote a lengthy tribute. in the comments section. Her words began by praising her grandmother, calling her “wonderful” and expressing her joy that she did not miss the final farewell.

Brandon insisted he will never forget their fond memories, including his advice that a cigarette filter is more harmful than a cigarette. He went on to mention that the deceased had been spinning the filters all his life, before ending his tribute with: “See you on the other side, Grandma.”

They also assured the reality star that Esther was always with him no matter what. In a statement, the media personality revealed that Esther had left Earth peacefully the previous morning, “a few weeks into ’97.” He also talked about the impact his mother had on his life, making the loss unbearable.

Caitlyn said: “Losing a mother is unique because she is the only person who has loved me my whole life. He will be greatly missed.”

In addition to Cait, Esther had three other children, Pam Mettler, Lisa Jenner, and Burt Jenner, with her late husband William Jenner before divorcing her in 2000.
