“In the past year I have gone through perhaps the most difficult mental health challenge I have ever faced. In one day, in the space of a few hours, my life was completely turned upside down,” admitted Snow, seemingly confirming that she never expected to split from the professional surfer.
“I was blindsided, and everything I knew, held sacred, and truly trusted in my life was completely different. A few days later, my grandmother died, and I think everything I knew about mental health was tested,” the Tampa native continued.
Although suddenly faced with a roller coaster of nerve-wracking emotions, the “Guiding Light” star survived thanks to her amazing friends. Acknowledging the power of a solid support system, the host said:

“When you’re promoting a movie, it’s always like, ‘Oh, we’re all best friends and we all love each other,’ because that helps sell the movie. But in this case, we became close friends, if not family,” explained the blue-eyed goddess.
While recalling a heartbreaking moment from 2022, the Love Is Louder co-founder chose not to identify the co-star who played a major role in her recovery from her ‘tricky’ divorce.
“The last year has been tricky for me, and one of the girls, I just, you know, opened her door and I fell on the floor and I just cried and laid there,” the Tampa native revealed. “And he nursed me for about four days.”
Praising the unnamed “Pitch Perfect” star, the anti-bullying advocate admitted she never thought her co-star would be able to provide the support she has. This lesson was so significant that Snow added it to his book.
“I think that’s what’s important about this book, knowing that the toolbox includes a community of friends that just sit on the floor with you,” the media personality explained. “They don’t have to give advice. They don’t have to fix it for you. They’re just there.”
