Bam Margera revealed that his ex did not give his son a $10,000 gift

Bam Margera he really does his best to shape up and get in the good graces of his estranged wife to see his son again. So far it’s just been a struggle.

The former reality star has been going hard lately and is now trying to do the right thing and be a better person for his disbarred son Phoenix. Margera has a serious drug problem and his wife doesn’t feel safe with his son around him.

Margera talks about how being separated from her son is affecting her. He said TMZ it’s torture knowing his son is only a short drive away and he has no free will to meet him.

He insists he’s not violent, and seeing as how he’s held up his end of the bargain by entering rehab and changing his lifestyle, he wants her to see his son sooner rather than later.

Bam Margera had FaceTime calls

The former pro skateboarder isn’t completely cut off from his son, admitting that his wife Nikki allows him a few FaceTime calls. Aside from a few FaceTime chats, Margera claims Nikki mostly “ghosts” her calls and has for “months.”

He continued to comment on Nikki: “She wants to paint a picture of me as armed and dangerous… she wants a visit from the supreme court,” she claims. He also notes that he takes care of an 8-year-old daughter who he takes to “the movies” and things any normal dad would do.

Bam’s attorney stepped in to back up his client, saying the FaceTime calls took place three weeks ago and there has been no contact since. They both emphasized that Nikki is doing everything she can to make Bam look like a terrible person.

The former Jackass star expressed how annoyed she was that Nikki went so far as to call her out for not picking up a $10,000 Christmas present she bought her son. “It’s bloody July,” he says angrily to the camera.

When asked about her sobriety and working with Lamar Odom, who went out of her way to get Margera out of the hospital and straight to one of his facilities, Margera said Odom “gets” her.

You can’t “coup in the same room”, but according to him and his lawyer, he surrounds himself with “sane people”. “He makes sure to find sane people.” Lamar is that Lamar is helping him with this, Lamar has always been looking for sane people to be with him,” his lawyer reiterates.

Margera also attributes her sobriety to this new girl she’s been hanging out with, a fitness model she describes. Maybe spending time with your 8-year-old? “I’m with a girl right now who’s … she’s a fitness trainer, she’s a model, she’s kept me grounded, and we go back and forth to Oceanside and her home in Los Angeles,” he says.

Margera looked shocked as he spoke of the new woman in his life and blushed slightly. We have to admit, he’s been looking better lately. Maybe because he was in court with his lawyer, or maybe for sanity!
