Hollywood’s biggest names descended on London this weekend for the BAFTA Film Awards. Britain’s most prestigious awards ceremony is often seen as a mirror to the Oscars, and the results can sometimes be used to predict the winners at next month’s Oscars.
“All Quiet on the Western Front” set a BAFTA record with 14 nominations, while “Everything Everywhere All at Once” and “The Banshees of Inisherin” each received 10 nominations. Behind him, “Elvis” finished with nine nominations, and “TÁR” with five nominations.
The high-profile list of nominees ensured that virtually all of the year’s biggest movie stars were in attendance, and they all gave their best on the red carpet on Sunday. This kind of Hollywood glamor won’t be in the same room until the Oscars. Read on for our selection of the best looks from the red carpet.
