Andrew Tate has 500 pieces of evidence of his innocence

Andrew Tate he is still behind bars in Romania.

The former social media influencer was arrested on December 29th along with his brother Tristan Tateand two of his female companions can be accused of rape, human trafficking and the creation of an organized criminal group.

The Tate brothers’ female accomplices are Luana Radu, 32, a former Bucharest police officer, and Georgiana Naghel, 28, a model who is believed to have dated Tate for almost a year.

The two models are being held under house arrest after today’s decision.

The Tate brothers tried twice to appeal their prison sentences, but were unsuccessful.

A Romanian judge recently extended their jail time by another 30 days. The Tate brothers were reportedly deemed “too dangerous” to be free.

However, according to Andrew, he is innocent… 500 pieces of innocent evidence.

Tate says he is ‘fully cooperating in every way’

On February 28, he or someone who acts as his voice on Twitter outside of prisonth and wrote: “I have cooperated fully in every way. They did everything they asked of me. I have 500 videos, photos and other evidence that prove my innocence. But I’m still in prison. What does Romania want from me?”

For the past few months, Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing. After February 21ststreet court appearance, their legal team issued a statement.

“If the solution is unfavorable, we will certainly attack it,” said Eugen Vidineac. “If we analyzed and reanalyzed the evidence recorded in the case up to this point, today we insisted that the reasons that existed when the preventive arrest was made have ceased to exist, have ceased to exist. By the effectiveness of the defense, we are saying that we have practically paralyzed the evidence used in the case so far, so the reasons have ceased, and the new reasons are unlikely to lead to the extension of the measure of preventive detention.”

It is understood the statement was made before the court remanded the Tate brothers in custody for another 30 days.

Despite the 30-day detention extension, Andrew praised his legal team.

“My legal team did a fantastic job today. As of today, the Judges understood very closely the truth behind the charges brought against me. The true colors have come to light. Inshallah I will be free,” he tweeted.

Earlier this month, Andrew expressed his fear of dying in prison.

On February 14thththe social media personality revealed her ‘two possible futures’.

“The universe has two possible futures. One, they kill me. Second, I pose as one of the most authoritative and influential people on the planet, driven by false persecution. I ask my enemies to decide, I will stay awake tonight, ready to fight to the death. Send your best,” read his tweet.

Many Twitter users did not sympathize with Tate and offered a third “future” for Tate.

“Weird way to tell everyone you’re mad bro,” one person responded.
