Allison Holker loses over $600,000 in royalties from DJ tWitch

The widow of Stephen’ tWitch’ Boss is going to court to allow her to receive royalties from Stephen Boss Productions. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Boss owned 100% of his company, earning 100% of the royalties.
Holker wants that money to go to her as she is the surviving spouse with twitchy children. Specifically, “petitioner desires that all shares pursuant to the petition be transferred and confirmed.”
tWitch also had an investment account with Goldman Sachs Investments, which Holker wants to acquire. So far, Holker’s compensation is $600,000 from Boss’s production company and another $26,924.19 from the dancer’s Goldman Sachs investment account.
The witch had no will

Shortly after the dancer took her own life, it was revealed that she had left no will, even though she had been with Holker for nine years and they had raised three children together. The 40-year-old man left the house one day without warning.
His her body was later discovered in a motel near his family home; committed suicide. Holker was forced to file a matrimonial estate application, asking in the court order that “the property pass without administration to the surviving spouse or registered partner.”
According to those around her and some of the motel staff, tWitch is said not to have a mental disorder. He had “a small bag” and the room was booked for one night. In general, everything seemed to be fine.
Holker also had to request “surviving spouse property verification,” a non-traditional step for a surviving spouse.

Holker managed to muster up the courage to issue a statement about the death of her husband and best friend.
“To my husband, my best friend, my baby girl, Chee-Chalker, Superman and the father of my children: I LOVE YOU FOREVER and ALWAYS! We will forever remember you as the true beacon of light that you were and continue to radiate light and love throughout the world. Thank you for our incredible memories and the beautiful life we shared.”
She shared an adorable video of the couple’s memories over the years. The emotional video shows their children and their favorite things; dance!
Since her husband’s death, Holker has been taking things easy and spending a lot of time with the children. Your IG account means a lot of family time and healing. His court battle is progressing and he is now waiting to hear the outcome of what will hopefully not be dramatic or drawn out for long.
